The Sacred Circle or Medicine wheel has been used for many years as a way to connect with the higher self the elders masters and creator.

It is normally built outside using rocks. Granite and quarts Crystal are high energy rocks that will increase the energy of the wheel and it's users.

Medicine wheels can be used for honoring earth, healing, for meditating ,or simply to connect with creator.

There are several concepts of how to use the wheel. Some say always enter from the East others say always enter from the south.

There are rules, this is a sacred circle and therefor respect is in order. You should always ask to enter if anyone is in the circle, you should honor the spirit guide animals and the symbols for the circle sun earth creator... it is said you should give an offering of peace such as cornmeal or sage place at each gateway north south east west center or at each stone of the wheel.

Prayers of thanks and prayers for guidance are appropriate here.

The wheel can be used by a single person however there is strength in numbers the more people the higher the energy the greater the results.

It is not uncommon to see many orbs and even spirits while using the wheel as pictured to the left of this page.

One major rule is that there is no talking within the wheel. this is a place of honoring and meditating and connecting you may speak to creator and your guides but not if it will disrupt others then do so in your mind and thoughts not with your mouth.

Or all using may sing songs together to honor earth or creator or spirit. You may all recite prayers together . If doing the wheel as a group there should be one person that leads the group in any songs or prayers. Each person should offer sage or cornmeal to each stone within the wheel and it's mantra or representative.

The wheel is a wonderful way to advance on your spiritulal path. By meditating in the wheel you will increase your ability to connect by the energy of the wheel and the work on self that the wheel helps you complete.

The wheel can produce very deep emotions and even very vivid visions for the user. It will show you what you fear, what is blocking you ,what you need to see and work through.  This is a Journey of the spirit and soul.  A walk through your troubles, Your blocks and your destiny. Past, present and future. Strengths and weaknesses.
